However, there doesn’t seem to be any update on N’Koudou’s pending transfer to Tottenham. Reports have suggested Marseille want to complete a deal for Clinton N’Jie before allowing N’Koudou to sign for Tottenham.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe on Saturday, there is further delay expected, as Marseille are hoping to wrap up a deal for N’Jie soon.
N’Jie is generating interest from other clubs and Marseille want to make sure they keep the pressure on Tottenham to complete a deal for the Cameroon star.
L’Equipe, however, expect the €13m deal for N’Koudou to be completed, and it remains to be seen how much longer will it take.
Marseille aren’t really in a position to be calling the shots, and Tottenham are showing a remarkable amount of patience.
