Udinese defender Molla Wague is travelling to England ahead of his proposed move to Leicester City, according to claims in Italy.
Earlier today we covered reports Leicester City were in a fight with Sunderland to land the Mali international.
TMW have reported in the last hour the latest developments with regards to Wague arriving in the Premier League. The central defender has been told by Udinese he can leave the club, and it’s expected he will be joining Claudio Ranieri at Leicester City.
Wague has been linked with a move to England throughout the transfer window, and along with Leicester City, Sunderland, West Ham, Southampton and Watford have been linked with the player.
Wague came through the Caen youth system before going on to make nearly 50 league appearances for the French side. The central defender signed for Granada in 2014, but was immediately loaned out to Udinese, where he’s been ever since.
