Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s Randal Kolo Muani in the winter market.
On Wednesday, Tutto Juve reported Spurs had a meeting with the striker’s entourage to discuss the potential transfer.
Journalist Mirko Di Natale covered this report for Tutto Juve and has now taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to provide the latest on Tottenham’s pursuit of the 26-year-old.
The France international has played more minutes for his country than the Ligue 1 side since the start of October and is looking to change clubs in January. Recent claims from France have stated PSG are willing to facilitate a loan move with a purchase option.
Kolo Muani is of interest to several clubs, including Tottenham, and Di Natale claims they have accelerated their efforts in the ‘last 48 hours’ to get ahead of the competition.
He claims the north London club are working to sign the frontman on loan with a buying option of €60m. Ange Postecoglou has called Kolo Munai to assure him that he’ll have an important role at Tottenham.
Di Natale adds ‘today could be the decisive day’ to find out about Kolo Muani’s decision, and whether that’s the case remains to be seen.
