Back in the summer window, we saw Paris Saint Germain centre-forward Hugo Eikitike getting surrounded by transfer rumours, before he eventually ended up staying in France.
The likes of Crystal Palace and West Ham were said to be trying to sign the 21-year-old, who was returning to PSG following a loan at Stade Reims, but couldn’t succeed in their task.
Now as Culture PSG features a story on Ekitike’s future, they show that the striker may soon be off from the French club.
The original information actually came from journalist Loic Tanzi, who, on Twitter, was asked about the striker, who only has only played eight minutes so far this season. There, the reporter claimed that a ‘solution’ for him is being worked on for January.
Culture PSG then recalls that Ekitike had been eager to move to England, where Crystal Palace and West Ham spoke to him during the summer window.
The outlet then wonders if those clubs will ‘still be motivated’ to make new attempts in the January market.
Ekitike is currently valued by Transfermarkt at €20m, but with his current situation, Crystal Palace and West Ham could, perhaps, work for a better deal.
