Besktias forward Cenk Tosun has reportedly told his manager he will only evaluate proposals put to him at the end of the season.

Tosun has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace in recent weeks, following the Premier League side’s attempts to sign the 26 year old last summer.

Sporx have paraphrased comments Tosun has allegedly made to Senol Gunes about his future with the Turkish champions: “I’m happy at Besiktas, they are one of the biggest clubs in Europe, so I don’t want to leave halfway through the season.

“I want to a champion this season, then I’ll evaluate proposals which benefit both.”

Crystal Palace’s offer of £10m was rejected by Besiktas last summer because the Turkish champions at the time valued Tosun around €18m, although the bid arriving late in the window was also a big issue. Since then Tosun has impressed for Besiktas, and his value  increased.

Crystal Palace have maintained their interest in the forward, but with other clubs now showing an interest it will be difficult for the Eagles to seal a deal. Juventus are the latest to be linked with Tousn, whilst Newcastle United have been showing a keen interest.
