Crystal Palace star Michael Olise is set to join Bayern Munich, with the two sides having reached a total agreement for the Frenchman.

That’s according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, who reports that Crystal Palace are set to earn around €60m from the deal.

Reports last night indicated that Olise had turned down Premier League interest in favour of a move to Bayern, who had sought out an agreement with him before approaching Crystal Palace.

They had agreed personal terms with the winger and that prompted negotiations with Crystal Palace, who have reluctantly agreed to a sale.

Plettenberg now reports that there is a total agreement between Bayern Munich and Crystal Palace in place for a deal worth around €60m.

He is set to sign a long-term contract with the German giants, with Plettenberg adding that it will probably run until 2029.

That’s not for definite, and he doesn’t provide information on Olise’s potential wages at Bayern either, just that a verbal agreement with the player is also in place.

That means there is very little left for the deal to be completed and for him to depart Crystal Palace for Bayern soon.

BILD add their own information, stating that Bayern have activated Olise’s release clause after intensive talks with Crystal Palace on Friday evening and all that is required for the deal to go through is approval from Bayern’s supervisory board.
