Fanatik claim Crystal Palace attacker Bakary Sako has emerged as a target for Fenerbahce, and the Turkish giants are preparing a loan offer for the player.
According to the Turkish newspaper, Fenerbahce are in the hunt for a winger because their manager Aykut Kocaman is unhappy with the performances of his wide players this season.
The Turkish newspaper says Kocaman has been impressed with Sako’s performances under Roy Hodgson, and he’s urged the club board to make a bid for the 29 year old.
Sako has started just three games for Crystal Palace in the Premier League this season, but has made 18 appearances in total.
It’s got to be considered unlikely Crystal Palace would want to lose an attacker in this transfer window, even through the player will be out of contract at the end of the season.
Turkish clubs often get their hopes up for loans, get all excited and then face a very different reality from what they were expecting.
