Loic Remy is on the verge of completing his move to Crystal Palace, reports Gianluca di Marzio.

The Chelsea striker will leave the club on loan to reunite with Alan Pardew. Earlier, reports suggested the Frenchman is keen on staying in London, and it seems he has got his wish.

French newspaper L’Equipe reported nearly two weeks ago that Remy would be choosing Crystal Palace over Everton because of the London element, and it seems they were absolutely correct.

Remy will now be hoping to form a formidable partnership with Christian Benteke at Selhurst Park. The 29-year-old hasn’t featured for a single minute under Antonio Conte, who wants to keep Michy Batshuayi and Diego Costa as his options up front.

The Frenchman has another couple of years left on his contract at Chelsea, and will be hoping to revive his career at Crystal Palace.
