Crystal Palace seem to be on the verge of signing Perr Schuurs from Torino.
The latest report from the Italian media, brought by DAZN Italia, claims the player is now heading towards the Premier League.
On Twitter, they claim that Crystal Palace ‘have offered’ €35m to Torino for the transfer.
The Eagles also made Schuurs a personal offer, placing a four-year contract on the table.
It’s not yet clear whether both Torino and the player already accepted Crystal Palace’s proposal, but it’s with great optimism that DAZN reports the offer, as they suggest the player os ‘heading towards’ the Premier League.
It had recently been reported by the Italian media that the London side had placed a €25m bid for the player, and that had been turned down by the Serie A side, who demanded €40m.
Now it seems Crystal Palace are getting quite close to that request, and it would be no surprise to see Torino accepting an offer in that common ground.
The defender had also been linked to the likes of Liverpool and West Ham United in the past few days, but now it seems the move to the Selhurst Park is the most likely scenario.
