Crystal Palace are reportedly one of the Premier League clubs who’ve been watching Vitória Guimarães defender Abdul Mumin.
It’s Portuguese newspaper A Bola who today features a story on the 23-year-old, claiming he’s been drawing some big attention from England.
Several clubs have been sending scouts to watch him in action for Vitória, where he’s been impressing since joining the club last year.
Crystal Palace are said to be one of those who recently ‘made sure’ to send an official and get more information on the athlete, as they study an ‘eventual’ attempt for the signing.
Crystal Palace are along with Leicester City as the clubs who’ve just joined the list of interested sides, while Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have been following him for longer.A Bola doesn’t mention how much Vitória de Guimarães would demand for the move. Mumin is valued by Transfermarkt at €2m, but with Premier League clubs going after him, there’s no doubt the Portuguese side will ask for a lot more.
