Tensions are high at Anderlecht at the moment, with Kara Mbodji trying to force a move to the Premier League, and both Leicester and Crystal Palace interested in his services.
Earlier on Tuesday, we covered the news from Belgium that both English sides had made bids, with Sam Allardyce having offered €12m for the Senegalese defender, while Claudio Ranieri had also surpassed the €10m mark with theirs.
HLN in Belgium report the player is currently in a bit of a tussle with the Jupiler Pro League side, and a bit of frustration spilled over on the player’s Twitter, reacting to a fan calling him a ‘traitor’ and telling him to ‘piss off’.
Mbodji, clearly annoyed, replied: “If you’ve got the balls, wait to see me and tell me face to face. I’ll break your face.”
The dude is probably our best defender, be he shouldn’t say these kind of things. #RSCA unworthy. pic.twitter.com/E7diihmWDv

Both Leicester and Crystal Palace have been after a centre-back, with the Eagles also targeting Mamadou Sakho and Newcastle’s Chancel Mbemba, but if they want Kara Mbodji, Anderlecht are reportedly asking €15m minimum for his services.
What’s €3m in this day and age, eh, Mr Allardyce?
