Fanatik report Leicester City and Crystal Palace scouts watched Fenerbahce’s Ozan Tufan in action last weekend and were left very impressed with his performance.
Both Premier League sides have been linked with the Turkey international in recent weeks.
The 24 year old was in excellent form, scoring a spectacular goal against local rivals Besiktas, and keeping Fener’s title chances alive.
Fanatik claim both Leicester City and Crystal Palace will now hold transfer talks with Tufan with regards to a pre-contract agreement. The player will be free to speak other clubs in the new year.
Fenerbahce are trying to tie him down on a new long-term contract and they are already in talks with Tufan’s representatives.
Despite these discussions, Fanatik report he could leave the Super Lig club if the likes of Crystal Palace and Leicester City offer lucrative contracts.
Tufan has made 16 Turkish Super Lig appearances for Fenerbahce this season, scoring two goals. His performances have earned him a recall to the national team.
