Last week, we covered claims from Brazil which said agent Kia Joorabchian was working to take Gabriel Barbosa to the Premier League.

Currently loaned by Inter Milan to Santos, the player’s spell in his home country expires in December, and it’s likely he will have to choose a new club by then.

The report claimed that Crystal Palace would be one of the interested sides, and would have an advantage for being an English team.

Now Goal Brasil comes up with similar claims. They say that Gabigol is not planning to stay in his country, while Spain is his ‘plan B’, as the Premier League is the priority.

While it’s claimed that agent Kia Joorabchian has ‘open doors’ in England, it’s also said that clubs such as Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham would all be interested in the player.

Gabigol has scored 25 times in 48 appearances for Santos this year, and is the Brazilian league’s top scorer with 16 goals.

Last week we also had a story explaining why would it be worth it for Crystal Palace to give him a try, and the same goes to Everton and West Ham. Especially as both clubs have Brazilians who could help his adaptation.
