Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Wilfried Singo several times this month, with Spurs thought to be looking at the Torino player for the summer window.

There’s several at the Serie A club who are receiving interest ahead of the market, and Singo joins Gleison Bremer in being the subject of repeat links to Premier League clubs.

The 21-year-old has made 29 appearances for Torino so far this season, playing on the right of midfield, although he can also operate as a right-back.

He has a contract lasting until June 2023, with the Italian club having an option to further extend it by a season. Torino, therefore, aren’t under a lot of pressure and this will help their approach to any negotiations.

Tuttosport say his situation will still be evaluated in the summer, given there’s interest coming from elsewhere. On that point, Tottenham are the only club named, and it’s stated that of those who like him it’s ‘Conte, especially’.

Antonio Conte ‘dotes’ on the player and ‘wants him at Tottenham’ in the summer.

This all appears to be at the initial stage, so the coming months will make things clearer. Any signing will likely depend on outgoings Spurs are considering for the window.
