Once again, Tuesday sees various views around Spain on Sandro Ramirez and what is thought to be a likely Everton exit in the January transfer window.

Valencia are keen to sign the striker and there’s confidence a deal can be done, given Sandro’s situation at Goodison Park has been poor under all of Ronald Koeman, David Unsworth and Sam Allardyce.

Monday’s edition of Valencia regional newspaper Super Deporte explained Kevin Gamiero, himself linked with Everton this year, is a back-up plan for Sandro.

Marca state that Atletico Madrid would want a big permanent deal for Gameiro rather than a loan, which has only made Valencia concentrate more on getting Sandro from Everton.

Atletico’s conditions aren’t what Valencia are looking for and it’s thought, perhaps through assumption, that dealing with Everton is going to be easier.

Given Everton got Sandro for what was considered a bargain price at the time, there’s a belief they won’t fight too hard over a switch, especially given that the player’s time in England has been a disaster so far.
