According to a claim in the Turkish media, Galatasaray will make ‘concrete steps’ in the coming weeks with regards to making Florin Andone’s move from Brighton & Hove Albion permanent.
The Romania international signed for the Super Lig side on a season long loan deal during the last transfer window but they couldn’t get an agreement with the Premier League over a redemption clause.
Fanatik report on the latest developments regarding Andone’s future and they say Galatasaray officials will hold talks with Brighton in the coming weeks. It’s reported that due to the player’s recent form, the Istanbul side don’t want to wait until the end of the season to get a deal done for the forward.
After a slow start to his career in Turkey, Andone has impressed in recent weeks, mainly due to the absence of Falcao. With the Colombian star sidelined with injury the Brighton loanee has got a run in the starting eleven and capitalised on his chance.
