It’s impressive how Chelsea and Juventus are named in the same transfer stories year after year, even though those moves don’t always happen.

Today we see a return of the rumours surrounding the future of the Serie A side’s full-back Alex Sandro, who could be on his way out of the Italian side in the summer.

Website Calciomercato writes that his salary, worth €6m gross per season, is too much for Juventus, meaning he’s been placed on the transfer list, and when speaking of a potential destination for him, Chelsea pop up once again.

The outlet claims that Thomas Tuchel had already been interested in signing Alex Sandro at PSG, so the Blues are now ‘one of the tracks’ the Brazilian has for his future.

There are a couple of other rumours involving Chelsea and Juventus lately, especially regarding Emerson Palmieri and Jorginho, which is why Calciomercato now says there’s a ‘concrete possibility’ that these players could be involved in a swap.

With their headline saying the Old Lady have ‘set’ the swap, that sounds like the only way for this transfer to happen.
