With Marouane Fellaini apparently refusing to extend his contract at Manchester United, the Belgian is receiving a lot of attention from other clubs around Europe.

Moves to Turkey have already been touted, while Inter in Italy are also said to be taking an active interest in the midfielder’s situation, who will be free to talk to other clubs in January.

On top of those, a surprise candidate has thrown their hat into the ring, with Le10 Sport claiming that Paris Saint-Germain have already started talks with Marouane Fellaini by making a ‘concrete approach’.

With FFP regulations to deal with and a desperate need for a number six, the prospect of a free transfer is too great to ignore for the Ligue 1 leaders, which is why they’ve turned to the Manchester United man.

In fact, the French website claim the outline of a four-year deal has already sent to the Belgium international, with Paris Saint-Germain hoping he agrees to it before January in order to sign for them next summer.

Considering how much José Mourinho appreciates Fellaini, it would be surprising if the Red Devils didn’t at least try to convince him one last time before January with a new deal.

However, the prospect of regular first-team football, which he isn’t exactly getting at Old Trafford these days, elsewhere might be too hard to ignore.

Whether he would get that in Paris, however, remains to be seen.
