There’s some concern at AC Milan over the future of Suso, report Tuttosport in their Saturday edition. The Spaniard only renewed his contract in September, but he managed to get the Serie A club to include a €50m buyout clause.

That clause has caused some annoyance at Milan, with not everyone agreeing it was the right way to go about things, and doubting Suso’s commitment to a long term future with the Rossoneri.

The big test would come if someone matched the amount, and Tuttosport name Tottenham, Napoli and AS Roma as potential bidders.

Should Spurs put forward the €50m it would then be up to Suso if he wants to succumb to the temptation of playing for Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham, and there’s clearly worry he would be keen.

But there still has to be a doubt over whether Spurs would even believe the 24 year old attacking midfielder is worth such an amount.

He didn’t manage to truly breakthrough with Liverpool, but has found better luck in Milan.
