The Portuguese press continues to be pretty sure that Bruno Fernandes’ appearance for Sporting tomorrow will be his last.

The midfielder is set to play the cup final against Porto and then leave the club, probably to the Premier League, where he’s been heavily linked to in the past few months.

A Bola brings a story about this today, and when speaking about the move, they say Manchester City will be watching him on Saturday at the Estádio do Jamor.

And it isn’t just a regular scout who will be watching Bruno. It’s Txiki Begiristain himself who will be in the stands this time.

The director has actually been invited by Sporting to attend to the game. His visit is reportedly to celebrate the partnership between the clubs which has been recently been agreed.

Even though Fernandes is not part of this deal, A Bola claims that the good relationship between the Lions and City could help a deal be found.

The newspaper says that Manchester City have already made an offer of €55m plus two players, but Sporting want at least €70m, and are confident they will get that amount.
