Turin newspaper Tuttosport continues to be pretty sure that Juventus are soon making an attempt to sign Paul Pogba.

The outlet brings another piece saying the Old Lady are about to reinforce midfield, and the Manchester United star is their main target.

They say it’s ‘practically certain’ they will be trying to sign him, since he’s a player who represents an upgrade both on and off the pitch.

Pogba’s commercial success is seen as a way for Juventus to reach young fans and also Americans, since the club have been trying to get a bigger audience in the United States.

Pogba was also seen as a target for the summer, but it’s claimed that Juventus should take the opportunity once Manchester United try to get to a deal for the transfer of Mario Mandzukic in the January transfer window.

With the Croatian striker on the table, the Old Lady would try to make him a part of the agreement for the Frenchman. But so far, there’s no information about how much would the Serie A giants be spending for him.

It doesn’t make a great deal of sense. Juve would be very lucky to get even €5-10m for Mandzukic, given his age and how they’ve ostracised him, and that will hardly go a long way when it comes to paying Pogba’s fee.
