Juventus’ ‘dream’ of signing Paul Pogba back from Manchester United is once again being analysed by Italian newspaper Tuttosport today.
The outlet now features a list of three arguments why the Old Lady could finally sign the midfielder in this summer window, even though they know hard it would be.
The first one is that Juve’s new manager Massimiliano Allegri is now expected to have a word on transfer business, and since he managed Pogba for a couple of years, he could work to have the Frenchman back with him.
There’s also the fact that the player’s contract with Manchester United expires in one year, with no signs of a renewal for now. Tuttosport says Red Devils would demand ‘at least’ €50m for his transfer.
The third argument is what Juventus could offer on the table, and that’s Cristiano Ronaldo, even though that would also depend on the player’s will.
The forward’s return to Manchester United is a rumour once again, and Tuttosport makes it clear that his situation is far from sorted at Juventus.
With Red Devils’ manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently claiming he’d like to have Ronaldo back at the club, the case is seen as something that could help the Old Lady to bring Pogba back to Turin.
