Tottenham Hotspur loanee Vincent Janssen has again made it clear he’s open to continuing his career at Fenerbahce.

The Dutchman is currently on loan with the Turkish side after failing to hold down a regular place in Mauricio Pochettino’s stating eleven last season.

Fanatik cquote the player as saying: “I am in team where I’m very happy right now. I would like to continue my career in Fenerbahce. Unfortunately, not everything is down to me. My club’s attitude will be decisive.”

Janssen signed for Fenerbahce on loan from Tottenham last summer, but has struggled for goals. He recently ended his mini drought, and he’s come in for criticism in the Turkish media for not scoring.

However, it’s unlikely the Turkish giants would be able to afford the transfer fee Tottenham paid AZ last year, and Daniel Levy would be looking to recoup this, so another loan deal may be their best option.

With Fernando Llorente being brought as back up to Harry Kane in the last window, Janssen will find it difficult to get games next season, and may need to move on next summer.
