Over the past few months, there has been a strong belief that Juventus will do their best to cancel the deal they struck with Everton regarding Moise Kean.
The forward was brought in on loan by his former club in the summer after a successful spell with Paris Saint-Germain last season, but the move hasn’t worked in the slightest.
Struggling to find regular game time under Max Allegri, the Italy international is now stuck in no man’s land, at a beloved club of his, but not playing.
Down their end, Juventus convinced Everton to let the player go by coming up with a paid two year loan, which would see the Toffees earn €7m up front, with a potential €28m and bonuses down the line if the move was made permanent.
That was subject to certain conditions, which the Serie A side are now trying to get out of, clearly no longer interested in keeping their former prodigy.
The latest on the matter comes from Paolo Bargiggia, who told Calciomercato.it: “Regarding Kean, the signals are not very good. They will try to return him by not continuing with the deal set when they took him.”
That means Juventus will likely contact Everton in the near future to see if there’s a way they can send the forward back to Goodison Park, at which point, if they agree, Frank Lampard will have to decide what to do with him.
