Juventus are interested in a move for Everton striker Moise Kean regardless of Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at the club.
That’s according to Sport Mediaset, who say Mino Raiola has raised the possibility of a move for the Everton forward at a meeting with the club today.
Ronaldo is seemingly working his way out of Juventus this summer, with Manchester City presented as favourites for his signature today.
That potential departure led to reports that Juventus were back in for Kean, and Raiola was pictured arriving at Continassa for talks with the Italian giants.
SM pick up on that and say that Juve are thinking about a move regardless of Ronaldo’s future, but they will have to find an agreement with Everton.
On that front, there is ‘no other possible formula than a loan’, although reports elsewhere have stated, Everton are now open to such a deal.
There’s work to be done to get things over the line, clearly, but Raiola’s visit to Juve seems to suggest he thinks they can work something out with the Toffees.
What that is remains to be seen, but we’d suggest Weston McKennie is going to be involved in those talks somehow after the emergence of Everton’s interest in him today.
