Trabzonspor could make a move for Nottingham Forest forward Emmanuel Dennis after receiving positive reports from their scouting department on the player.
That’s according to Turkish outlet Sports Digitale, who say Trabzonspor has included the player among their potential options if they can make room in the club’s foreign player quota.
Dennis joined Nottingham Forest last summer as part of their extravagant spending and was a regular for Steve Cooper’s side across the campaign with 27 appearances across the campaign, albeit only six in the starting 11 in the Premier League.
That’s seen him linked with a move away and a report earlier today indicated that he could be a target for Saudi Arabian team Al-Taee.
Another option could be Turkey, it seems, with Sports Digitale reporting that Dennis has been added to their list of options.
They state that the club’s scouting team ‘presented a positive report’ on the Nottingham Forest forward to those higher up, suggesting a transfer.
They were clearly impressed and have now added him onto their shortlist and ‘will make a move’ for him if they are able to make room in the club’s foreign quota.
The transfer window in Turkey doesn’t close until September 15th so they have plenty of time to do so, meaning if Dennis doesn’t move to Saudi Arabia before their deadline tomorrow, there is still another option open to him.
