With the future of Harry Kane still up in the air since the England international has still not renewed at Tottenham, we are seeing a few strikers being linked with a move to Spurs.

That could all be quickly put to bed the minute the Spurs goalscorer puts pen to a new paper, but until he does, expect stories to come to the fore.

The newest, and perhaps one that makes a fair bit of sense, is that of a Tottenham interest in Dusan Vlahovic, with Gazzetta dello Sport pushing it on Tuesday.

They look at the player’s situation at Juventus, which isn’t the best since he isn’t finding the back of the net regularly, and explain that a transfer away from Turin in the next transfer window isn’t out of the question.

The newspaper report that Vlahovic’s agent ‘is looking around’, trying to understand what will happen to the Serie A side going forward, taking into account all their off the pitch issues.

They state that despite his client not setting record breaking statistics and somewhat struggling, teams ranging from Bayern Munich to ‘big English players’, which is when Tottenham and Manchester United are mentioned, are keen.

Not only that, but ‘if a monstrous offer were to arrive’, one described as ‘sufficient to repay the investment made a year ago’, then Juventus would not stand in their star player’s way.
