When the Italian media features stories about Juventus full-back Alex Sandro, we know Chelsea will end up getting mentioned somewhere.
The Blues have been linked to the Brazilian player for years now, and it would be no different in a piece from website Calciomercato today.
The outlet writes that due to Alex Sandro’s ups and downs lately, Juventus are considering to cash in with his departure in the summer.
The Old Lady’s demands would be of ‘around €25m’, but there’s one possibility for them to take another kind of deal, and that would be a swap for Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri.
Calciomercato writes that Chelsea are one of the contenders for the signing of Alex Sandro, and ‘could’ offer Palmieri in a swap to convince the Serie A giants.
Even though the talks don’t seem to be advanced, the rumours involving both players have been on for a while now, and it would make sense to see this deal going through.
The question here would probably be how much is Emerson worth, as the Blues would probably need to offer a few millions on top of him to get the agreement done.
