Futbol Arena claim Galatasaray want Southampton to lower the asking price for Mario Lemina, as the Super Lig club are looking to sign him on a permanent deal.
Among the players who are currently on loan with the Turkish champions, Futbol Arena report Lemina is the only player that Gala will try to sign permanently.
His redemption clause is set at €16m, but Futbol Arena say Galatasaray want Southampton to lower the fee to €8m.
Lemina has been a regular player for Galatasaray since his arrival last summer and has formed a good relationship with the club’s manager Fatih Terim.
The former Juventus midfielder has made 21 appearances for Gala in all competitions this season. His contract with Southampton will expire at the end of June 2022.
