Regional newspaper Olay report Bursaspor are looking to bring in a quality midfielder this summer and Newcastle United’s Henri Saivet remains a strong possibility for the Turkish club.
Earlier in this transfer window we covered reports from Turkish press that new Bursaspor manager Samet Aybaba wants to sign Saivet from Newcastle United after the pair worked together at Sivasspor last season.
Saivet spent the second half of last season on loan at Sivasspor and Aybaba is reportedly looking to work with him again next season, this time at Bursaspor.
According to Olay, the Turkish club are exploring the possibility of signing Ganso from Sevilla, and they are also ready to wait to sign Newcastle United’s Saivet.
It’s claimed Bursaspor are waiting for Newcastle United to lower their demands.
Saivet is unlikely to have a future at Newcastle United despite the former Bordeaux player still having three years left on his contract with the Premier League side.
