Yesterday, we covered regional newspaper Olay’s claims that Bursaspor want to sign Watford forward Stefano Okaka in this transfer window.
Fanatik have backed up these claims and report Bursaspor are working extremely hard to land Okaka.
The player’s future at Watford seems uncertain and despite Olay’s claims Watford are only looking for a permanent sale, Fanatik say the English club are open to a loan deal at the right price.
However, Fanatik report they are having troubles convincing Okaka to move to Turkey despite the lack of football he’s played since joining Watford two seasons ago.
Bursaspor manager Samet Aybaba is said to be keen on signing Okaka and the Turkish club will continue to hold talks in the hope they can convince the former Italy international over a move.
The 29 year old was also linked with a move to Turkey with Galatasaray in the last transfer window but a move never materialised.
