With Daniel Podence signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Olympiacos are in the market for a replacement.

Podence today joined Wolves after passing a medical with the Premier League side.

The Greek club are also looking to cut Yassine Benzia’s loan spell short and send him back to Lille, so they are in need of reinforcements before Friday’s transfer deadline.

Nottingham Forest’s Joao Carvalho has been linked with a move to the club in recent days, but today Sdna report Leicester City attacker Rachid Ghezzal, who’s currently on loan at Fiorentina, is now a target.

The 27 year old is struggling to get games with La Viola, featuring for just 208 minutes in Serie A in this campaign.

It’s claimed the Leicester City owned player could leave the Italian club and join Olympiacos but Sdna report former Fulham midfielder Pajtim Kasami is also a target for the Greek giants.

Ghezzal’s contract with Leicester City will expire at the end of June 2022, but it seems he’s no longer part of Brendan Rodgers’ plans.
