Fanatik report Galatasaray are very close to securing the signature of Tianjin Quanjian’s Anthony Modeste, but they are also in talks with Everton forward Oumar Niasse.

The Turkish newspaper claim Galatasaray’s first choice is Anthony Modeste and that they are close to agreeing terms with the player.

It’s reported the only issue holding up the move is the signing-on fee and Fanatik say if Galatasaray can’t solve this, then they’ll target Everton’s Niasse more seriously.

The Senegalese striker is said to be open to leaving Everton after failing to make a start under Marco Silva.

The player has managed just 13 minutes of football in the Toffees’ opening three Premier League games and may need to move to get more playing time. Niasse was a unused substitute in the 2-2 draw with Bournemouth at the weekend.

Niasse is under contract at Everton until 2020 and has been linked constantly with a move to Turkey ever since arriving at Goodison Park.
