Greek website Sdna.Gr claim Panathinaikos have agreed a deal to sign Brentford defender Ilias Chatzitheodoridis.

The Athens based club have been linked with the Brentford player in recent weeks after holding talks with the West London side over the youngster.

Sdna.Gr have reported Panathiankos sporting director Nikos Dabizas has agreed a deal with Brentford for the transfer of 21 year old.

It’s claimed Pana will sign the fullback on a free transfer, but they’ve agreed to give Brentford a percentage on the next transfer of the player. Chatzitheodoridis had a year remaining left on his contract with the Championship side.
