Bobby Adekanye left Barcelona and joined Liverpool’s academy in 2015 and after coming up through the ranks of the English club’s youth setup, the winger has not yet made his debut with the first team.

His contract with the Premier League outfit will expire in the summer.

Italian radio station Radiosei brings the latest update on the 20-year-old’s future and La Lazio Siamo Noi have relayed what was broadcast.

The wideman’s representative Joseph Minguella is expected to make a trip to the Italian capital to meet the officials of the Serie A outfit.

A move to Lazio is the player’s ‘favourite destination’ because the possibility of playing in Italy entices him. So far, nothing has been closed between the two parties and Ajax have also made an offer for the attacker.

The report claims Adekanye has made two requests to complete a transfer, a three-year contract and a regular minutes on the pitch, and the next 10 weeks will be decisive in deciding his next destination.

Lazio, on the other hand, are clear as they hope to find an agreement during the meeting with his agent next week as they have no plans to wait forever.
