Over the past few months, we’ve covered several reports talking about West Ham United interest in Edin Dzeko.
It was stressed on numerous occasions that AS Roma will part ways with the striker in the summer.
FcInterNews claims Inter Milan are also looking at the 33-year-old. They are ready to offer €10m to their Serie A rivals and give the player a two-year deal with an option to further extend it by a year. They are willing him to pay him €5m per season.
Roma, on the other hand, would prefer to receive €20m for the attacker, but are willing to settle for a fee of €15m without any bonuses or add ons. The offer proposed by the Nerazzurri is €5m short of the Giallorossi’s lowest acceptable valuation.
The report explains it’s more complex for Inter to find an agreement with Roma because they have ‘received’ requests from the Hammers and RB Leipzig.
Manuel Pellegrini is a ‘great admirer’ of Dzeko, and the suggestion has been it’s him pushing the club’s interest.
Roma are hoping there could be a bidding war so they can end up earning more from the player’s sale.
