Heung Min-Son’s Tottenham Hotspur contract runs out at the end of the 2024/25 season.

The South Korean has been an icon for the London giants over the past few seasons, scoring 166 times in over 400 appearances in all competitions. He also has 88 assists to his name.

Tottenham have the power to extend the deal by a further year, but there’s been claims the player would be disappointed if they do so. He’d prefer negotiations over a longer deal.

Fanatik in Turkey today report on Galatasaray’s interest in the 32-year-old and state the Turkish giants could look to sign Son in January.

Gala want to improve their squad in mid-season as they look to mount a title charge. The possibility of a January move going through is low but the Yellow Reds will try nonetheless, the report believes.

Agent George Gardi, who works closely with Galatasaray, has been given authority by club president Dursun Özbek to execute his plans and work to sign the South Korea star.

Some sort of contact is said to have already been initiated, however, this looks like a very difficult transfer for Gala to pull off.
