Fotomac claim Fenerbahce are targeting Leicester City defender Yohan Benalouane as the Turkish club are still in the market for a central defender.

It’s reported Fenerbahce are ready to make a loan offer for the 31 year old, who could still leave Leicester City before the remaining European transfer windows close.

After the Foxes signed Caglar Soyuncu and Filip Benkovic on deadline day, it’s reported Benalouane may not have a future at Leicester City and Fenerbahce could look to turn this to their advantage.

Benalouane’s chances will be further limited because of the summer arrival of Jonny Evans, after he joined from West Bromwich Albion.

According to Fotomac, Fenerbahce have already commenced talks with Leicester City over a potential deal for the Tunisian international.

The central defender joined the Premier League club from Atalanta in 2015 but has struggled to get games under a number of managers. He has been linked with a return to Serie A this summer, but a move to Turkey may be an option.
