Hirving Lozano is living another confusing time. Having said many times he’d love to play for Manchester United, the offer to join the club never came.

And this week, some speculation came out of nothing with reports of an ‘agreement’ with Manchester City, another dream move, but it’s something he’s made clear he isn’t aware of.

As we’ve explained earlier, Club America (not Pachuca, the club Lozano plays for) manager Miguel Herrera, a man who clearly likes the sound of his own voice, said Manchester City would buy the player and loan him to PSV.

But the Pachuca president has now finally denied it. Interviewed by Fox Sports, Marco Garcés confirmed interest from the Dutch side, but made it clear the player is not heading to the Premier League.

“We’ve received an offer from PSV, but nothing from Manchester City, plus there are bids from Spain and Netherland,” he said. “We are analysing the different offers to find an arrangement. We are interested in the optimal development of the player.”

And now we have Lozano’s heart broken once again.
