Fanatik claim Chelsea have offered Danny Drinkwater to Fenerbahce during transfer talks for Victor Moses.
Earlier this week we covered reports from Turkey that Drinkwater is a target for Fenerbahce following talks, and Fanatik today report the Istanbul club’s manager Ersun Yanal is keen to work with the former England international.
Drinkwater is unlikely to have a future at Chelsea and he’s yet to play a game for the London club this season in both the league and in Europe. The former Leicester City man’s only appearance came in the Community Shield against Manchester City.
It’s reported the 28 year old would be open to a move to Fenerbahce and Fanatik say Chelsea will look to push Drinkwater towards the Super Lig club.
The central midfielder hasn’t been a regular for Chelsea since his move from Leicester City and he’ll be looking to leave to get more first team football.
The player is under contract with the club until June 2022.
