TRT Spor claim Besiktas are set to make a €2m offer to loan Ademola Lookman for next season.

We covered initial claims from Turkey that both Besiktas and Galatasaray are interested in Lookman, and TRT Spor now report the Black Eagles will make the first move for the Everton youngster.

The 21 year old could leave Goodison Park on a temporary basis this summer after finding himself in and out of Marco Silva’s side last season.

TRT Spor have given no indication about Everton’s stance with Lookman but Besiktas are hoping they can convince player to move to Turkey.

Besiktas are in the market for a winger this summer due to the uncertainty over the futures of Ricardo Quaresma and Jeremain Lens. Both wingers are expected to leave the Super Lig club in this window and Lookman could be brought in as a replacement.

Lookman made 21 appearances for Everton in the Premier League last season and he’s under contract at Goodison Park until June 2021.

A loan fee of €2m doesn’t sound like a great deal.
