Fanatik have reported Fenerbahce are currently waiting on Chelsea’s decision over Michy Batshuayi.

The Turkish newspaper claim Fenerbahce are looking to loan the player for next season, but they still face competition from West Ham United. However, despite West Ham’s interest in the Chelsea forward Fenerbache are confident they can sign the Belgian ahead of the Premier League side.

Fanatik also report Slaven Bilic isn’t that keen on the player with claims, at least in Turkey, the interest is coming from the West Ham board. Bilic will want to bring in a forward this summer, but it seems he isn’t too convinced with Batshuayi.

Fenerbahce are subsequently looking to close in on the player, and they are hoping their close ties with Chelsea will give them an advantage over West Ham. Batshuayi joined Chelsea from Marseille last summer, but he’s struggled to hold down a place in Antonio Conte’s team, and may need go out on loan to get more playing time.

It’s all a rather convenient slant for the Turkish club.
