Fotomac report Besiktas will make a decision about signing Manchester United attacker Angel Gomes in the coming weeks.

Yesterday we covered reports from the Turkish media which said the Black Eagles have been offered a chance to sign Gomes, via his cousin Luis Nani.

Today it’s reported Besiktas manager Sergen Yalcin finds his profile ‘interesting’, but the Turkish club need to wait to sign the 19 year old because they will first have to offload some of their players.

Adem Ljajic is one of those they’ll look to sell this summer, and Fotomac claim if Besiktas manage to get rid of the Serbian, then this will pave the way for Gomes.

Besiktas’ scouting team are reportedly now working hard to analyse Gomes by watching past matches and they will present a detailed report to Yalcin in the near future.

Gomes has made six senior appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side this season, and there’s been rumours this week of a Manchester United renewal… which would kill any Besiktas chances.
