Fotospor claim Galatasaray have made a late offer to sign Alfredo Morelos from Rangers.
The Turkish club are in the market for a striker before the deadline with Morelos now seemingly an option.
However, it’s unlikely Steve Gerrard would allow his star forward to leave in this transfer window given Rangers’ situation. The Ibrox club are still in the race for the league title and he will need Morelos in the second half of the season.
Galatasaray have also been linked with moves for Spartak Moscow’s Ze Luis and Swansea’s Wilfried Bony ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.
The Colombian attacker has been one of the most standout players for Rangers this season under Gerrard, scoring 20 goals in all competitions.
Morelos was previously been linked with a move to fellow Turkish club in Fenerbahce following reports in the last transfer window.
Nice have also made efforts to sign the player this month, and that got a public response from Steven Gerrard, obviously annoyed at the approach.
The 22 year old is under contract at Ibrox until 2022.
