Following months of rumours, it looks like Italian clubs are finally starting making their moves for Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri.

According to website Tutto Mercato Web today, Inter Milan have just made the first bid to sign the fullback.

The report says the Nerazzurri are offering an initial amount of €20m plus €5m in bonuses for the Brazilian.

They claim these numbers are meant to ‘satisfy Marina Granovskaia’s requests’. Chelsea initially demanded €30m, but the ‘feelings seem positive for an agreement’.

Tutto Mercato Web claims that the personal offer for Palmieri is pretty good as well. The fullback makes €3m plus bonuses per season at Chelsea, and the Nerazurri are offering him a salary of €4m over the next five years.

Regarding the competition, the outlet claims that Inter Milan are offering the player more than Napoli did. And Juventus are still to make a move, since their offer would depend on the sale of Alex Sandro first.
