Finishing sixth in the Süper Lig last season, Besiktas appear intent on trying to return to European football, scouring the European market for certain deals.
The most prominent right now is the potential arrival of Dele Alli from Everton, but he isn’t the only player in the Premier League they have gone after.
According to journalist Ertan Süzgün, Besiktas have ‘also made a loan offer for Amad Diallo’, who currently plays for Manchester United.
The 20-year-old arrived at Old Trafford in January of last year in a highly price deal with Atalanta based purely on the player’s potential.

Whether he fulfils it remains to be seen, but a loan deal to Rangers last season for the second half of the campaign showed a few glimpses, as he scored three goals in 13 appearances.
Either way, Besiktas appear set to give him a chance to play more football than he would at Manchester United, since he has yet to feature under Erik ten Hag.
Overall, he has made nine appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils, scoring one goal and picking up an assist.
It isn’t stated if a loan to Turkey is something Manchester United would entertain for their starlet, but we’re sure we’ll get an answer on that sooner rather than later.
