SC Cambuur are in talks with Leeds United over a loan move for Cyrencio Summerville this summer.

That’s according to Voetbal International, who say negotiations are underway for the 19-year-old to leave Elland Road temporarily.

The newspaper reports that Cambuur are ‘keen’ to loan Summerville next season and have ‘asked’ Leeds about the possibility of making that happen.

They’re looking to loan players from major foreign leagues and the Dutch top division, and Summerville, who has also had spells at Feyenoord and ADO Den Haag, fits the bill.

Leeds signed him from the former last year, but he is yet to appear for the first-team, spending last year with the Under 23s.

They now ‘seem willing’ to let him gain experience elsewhere, and Cambuur have came forward, having tried to loan him from Feyenoord two years ago.

He instead went to ADO Den Haag, and they are now hoping this time they can strike lucky and get their man.
