Turkish newspaper Fotomac claim Fenerbahce are interested in signing Arsenal left-back Sead Kolasinac ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Turkish side will be parting ways with Filip Novak and they could look to replace him by signing the Arsenal defender. He spent the second half of last season on loan at German club Schalke 04, where he suffered relegation from the Bundesliga.
Fener are looking to rebuild their squad this summer after again losing out on the Super Lig title. They’ve been linked with a number of players in the past few weeks and it seems Kolasinac is now a an option.
The Bosnian, who can also play as a centre-back, joined Arsenal in 2017 for €15m but lost his place in the team after the arrival of Kieran Tierney.
It’s worth noting that Kolasinac has a very close friendship with Fenerbahce star Mesut Ozil, who joined his boyhood club from Arsenal in January.
Kolasinac made 17 Bundesliga appearances for Schalke last season, scoring one goal. His contract at Arsenal will expire at the end of next season.
