Liam Delap has scored six goals in the Premier League for Ipswich Town this season and nearly scored against Manchester United yesterday.
The striker was denied by Andre Onana but Delap still made a mark, showcasing how he’s managed to get to grips with the Premier League in his first season in the top flight.
Interest from Juventus was reported earlier this month and it was later suggested that the Italian giants will find it difficult to land the Englishman due to Ipswich Town’s insistence on keeping him.
TuttoJuve have reported that Delap was the centre of attention of scouts from many clubs in the game against Manchester United on Sunday.
Juve sent scouts over for the game and this is something that TuttoJuve had anticipated two weeks ago, with Delap said to be a ‘very popular’ name for Bianconeri boss Thiago Motta.
Considering how well the ex-Manchester City youngster performed, clubs will have been left impressed.
While there is no mention of whether moves can be made for the striker in January, the Tractor Boys will have to be wary of the situation.
