Sportime.Gr claim PAOK have reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers for the transfer of Leo Bonatini on a loan deal, with a right of redemption.

The Greek website have revealed the Brazilian striker will arrive in Thessaloniki this week to join up with his new teammates.

According to Sportime, PAOK were also considering signing former Panathinaikos striker Marcus Berg but they’ve decided to bring in the Wolves player instead due to him being the younger of the two attackers.

Last week we covered reports from Greece that Bonatini is a target for PAOK after the Greek club sold Aleksandar Prijovic to Al Ittihad earlier in this transfer window.

The 24 year old has made just seven substitute appearances for Wolves this season in the Premier League despite being a key player in the English club winning the Championship in the last campaign.

Bonatini is contracted to the Premier League club until June 2022.
